ABS Construction Claims Limited was initially set up in 1993 as a sole trader. Following 23 years of successful business we became a limited company in 2016 and continue to provide a range of services to our clients within the construction industry.

We have considerable sector expertise, including: rail, airport, residential, commercial and mixed-use.

We have domestic and international expertise in UK, Middle East, Europe, North America & Asia, so we understand the unique challenges and complexities that arise on every project.

We have experience representing both clients and contractors, so we are confident we can help you obtain the results you are looking for.

Our ultimate aim is to provide our clients access to cost effective services without compromising on quality. We genuinely care about helping our clients deliver their projects successfully and recovering what is fairly owed.
